Unit D 100

This unit is Located on the ground floor of the D Building. Patio opens up to the court yard and pool area. Unit D100 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that will sleep 8 people. Unit has 1 King, 2 fulls and a sleeper sofa. Updated kitchen, Granite counter tops and Tile in the living room. Non- Smoking. While sitting on the balcony you can easily monitor the children at the pool or while they play in the manicured courtyard. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is just a couple of steps away! Take an evening stroll through the courtyard and enjoy the evening sunset on the beach. Non smoking Silver Dunes’ large private beach offers beach service from March thru November, which can be reserved onsite. Silver Dunes is a small complex of 98 units, and is known for its family-focused atmosphere.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  The porch furniture was in poor condition. There isn't a pantry either, so food storage took some creativity. Other than that, it's a lovely, very comfortable unit.

  We enjoyed our 14 days stay just steps from the pool. Love the new sofa and chair. Would love to see the bedroom spreads and fraying carpet updated as well as patio furniture that’s rusting. Ceiling fan in bedroom needs an adjustment. Love being on the ground floor. Parking is perfect. Grounds and pool aren’t as clean as they have been in the past. George and David were amazing as always! It’s where we try to stay every year and make great beach memories with our family.

  We enjoyed our stay in Unit D 100 very much. Parking was directly out our door. The pool and laundry facility was very handy - just a few steps out our patio door. We loved being on the first floor, however, our neighbors above were a little loud. Staff was friendly and reservations were made easy. Loved the gated condo's. Make us feel a little more safe. We did have a little walk to the beach/ocean, but the grassy area was nice. Condo was clean, but just needed a little TLC. Some torn carpet in one bedroom and a range burner not working. These items are minor and I am sure will be fixed by next season. We found a few beach toys in the outside storage area which was a nice plus. Would stay in this condo again and definitely stay again at this resort.

  Unit D100 is located directly across from the entrance to the beautiful swimming pool and only a few steps to the large courtyard which provides a great place for youngsters to swim, run & play. The unit is beautifully furnished with great amenities.

  Our condo had everything we needed for the week. I do miss the towel service at Silver Dunes used to provide but we made do with what we have. This is our fourth year staying in this unit and we have been pleased every year. We will be back again next year.
