Located on the 2nd floor of the C building, the master bedroom has a king bed along with its own private bath with granite countertops. The guest bedroom has a double and twin bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Guest bath features granite countertops. The living sofa pulls out to make a queen sleeper. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans ready for your use. Granite countertops and custom cabinets. Washer and dryer are also in this unit. Tile flooring throughout. Enjoy the sunset over the gulf from your own private covered balcony.

  This unit is very nice. Close to the beach! Decor was fitting and spacious room for our family of four to spread out. The kitchen was equipped with most items we needed. The washer and dryer is a must and worked well. The view of the ocean from the family room and balcony was amazing! We did let management know the coffee table was in need of TLC, it wobbled. My husband had to clean up blood in the bathroom floor when we arrived.
  Loved have the courts to play tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard! Would be nice if the equipment was available in the later afternoon or evening hours. (Equipment had to be turned in by 4:30p). The workout room was disappointing. It seemed to once been a maintenance closet they converted with one treadmill, two bikes, and an elliptical machine. The two sets is hand weights were nice but the lighter set didn’t work well. There is a medicine ball, a bench and punching bag. The resort itself is very nice, clean and well cared for. The pool is nice and did seem heated but we never used it. All the outdoor furniture seemed new. My suggestion is to add a hot tube. The court yard is spacious and kids loved playing, lots of action always happening. The beach was beautiful. Our room didn’t come with chairs but we purchased everyday we planned to be in the beach. There is a sand volleyball net set up next to the resort our family used alot.

  Unit C 1200, in the newer building, has a great layout, beautifully furnished and a magnificent view of the blue waters of the gulf and the wide sugar-white sandy beach. On the second floor, it is easier accessed by one flight of stairs or elevator and you step our onto a beautifully landscaped courtyard with the swimming pool in one direction and the beach in the other - only a short walk either way. . An ice machine is
  located very nearby. This is an outstanding vacation condo.
