Unit C 1302

A beach retreat you will never want to leave. Please be our guest in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps up to 10 people. We hope you will make our place your home away from home as you enjoy these amenities: Beach view, TV in each room, free wireless internet, washer/dryer in unit, coffee maker (and all kitchen utensils to make your favorite beach meals). All you need to bring is your flip flops and swimsuit!

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  In the past we visited Silver Dunes many times when our children were young. We returned with 3 of our grandchildren and met up with one of my sisters and her family, 2 adults and 2 grandchildren. We had a marvelous time, a little earlier in the year than we had been before but mostly nice weather and great views as always. Relaxing and will definitely be back. Room was great beach service with Grant was icing on the cake.

  Enjoyed our winter stay in C1302. Very nice view of the beach and courtyard. Nicely appointed condo. Appreciate the installation of a dehumidifier in the unit to resolve the dampness and window sweating. Patio table and chairs need to be replaced. Can’t use them without getting rust on your clothes. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are so cramped in the room that you can hardly move, utilize the closet or make a safe egress through the window if necessary. Overall a good unit.

  We have stayed at Silver Dunes 4 times. We love it. This condo is nicely renovated. Love the location, beautiful beach, convenient beach service. This condo was great for our family. Balcony and view are heavenly. Pool is great! Location close to many things- Winn Dixie, Shakes, Candy shop, Track putt-putt.

  WE were in condo 1302C. It was very nice and we had plenty of room. The table was large enough for all of us to sit while having a meal. Very disappointed in towel situation. Considering how much we were paying per night I felt we should have towels replace more often. When we stay in a $200.00 per night at the Hampton we get new towels every day. I think every other day would be better at Silver Dunes. My daughter washed her towels every day. I did not. I was on vacation
