Unit C 1301

*UNIT INCLUDES COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE!! This unit has all the views! Located on the 3rd floor of the C building, this unit C1301 has a lot to offer. The master bedroom has a king bed with its own large master bath with granite counter tops and custom vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with plantation shutter treatments. Guest bath also has granite and custom vanities. Living room as a queen sleeper sofa and a ceiling fan. It also has wall to wall windows for viewing the gulf. The kitchen has granite counter tops and custom cabinets. It is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans ready for your use.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  We had an enjoyable, relaxing week in spite of windy conditions and rough water. Nothing anyone could do about that. Those were the conditions all over the coast. We adjusted well and enjoyed the great beach and condo as always. We look forward to the next visit.

  This rental is an older condo that has been updated inside this unit. The nice features are that it is in a quieter beach area, convenient to everything. It is a very short walk to the beach which was nice. The bedrooms need to be renovated next with new mattresses. The weather was somewhat cold and we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked.

  Great decor , easy walk to the beach , big nice pool but needs a little Updating! Loved the granite and windows treatments! I especially noticed the personal artwork ! Only thing I’d improve on is lights at beach sand wash off area . Steps on right side we’re broken
