*UNIT A207 INCLUDES COMPLEMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (2 CHAIRS, 1 UMBRELLA) This bright and colorful unit is located on the second floor of the A Building. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit A207 that will sleep 6 people. Enjoy a view of the pool, courtyard and gulf from your own covered patio. The master bedroom has a queen with a private bath. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a Blue-Ray player in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans for your use. This second floor unit is conveniently located to the pool, coin laundry, arcade and office. Short 50 yard walk through manicured courtyard to the sand and water! Non smoking

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  It is a great place to stay I have never been in this particular unit. My only complaint is they planted palm trees in front of this particular condominium that completely block the view of the ocean from the deck.

  Rental was nice overall but... both bedrooms were dark and carpet in bedrooms dirty. Other parts of house including bathrooms were very clean. Bath towels had plenty and very clean. Overall if the place had a good coat of very light color and update some of furniture. Need new bedspreads and bed linens. It would then be great

  Our suite is cozy and perfect for our needs- 2 bathrooms & bedrooms, kitchen and very easy access to the beach and pool
  However we are only giving 4 stars because we had to go around the premises because we don’t know how to get in our suite .after office hours .. luckily there was a couple who told us the way things are done there.., First time guests should be told on how to be able to get the keys after office hours...
  Also took out a star for some minor repairs in our suite (toilet paper holder doesn’t work)

  We LOVE Silver Dunes Condominiums! The staff is always so helpful & friendly. The beach service is awesome! We have stayed in A 207 a few times in recent years. It has a great view! They replaced the den furniture several years ago. It looks great and is very comfortable. However, the unit does need to be updated. There are stains/holes on the carpet and tile, paint is chipping, and the bathroom and kitchen are in need of an update. However, you can't beat the beautiful beach or family feel of Silver Dunes!

  We enjoyed our stay at Silver Dunes. It is such a family friendly complex. Our particular condo, A207 is located very centrally to the pool and beach. The condo could use a few updates, such as a new patio door and new carpet in the bedrooms.

  We had another wonderful stay at the Silver Dunes. My family has been staying at this condo since the 60s. I remember visiting as a kid and now I’m glad to share the experience with my family. I love how family friendly the condo is with the grassy area for everyone to play and the private beach. Also, I love the new family fun activities you provided this year (movie night, s’mores, pool party). The one thing I was disappointed about was the fact that we had a condo below us with a family who smoked and the smoke would blow up to our balcony so we could not enjoy sitting outside if they were smoking.
