Unit A 104

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit A104 is a ground floor unit in Building A. No climbing stairs or riding the elevator....straight from the car to the unit! The sliding glass doors open on to a spacious patio steps away from the pool and just 50 yards away from the beautiful white beach. This ground floor unit is conveniently located to the pool, coin laundry, arcade and office. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans to prepare your meals. This unit sleeps 6. Non Smoking

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  Our unit was well appointed and attractive. One of the bathrooms is tiny so a large adult would have difficulty using it. We were close to pool and not too far from the beach. The only thing lacking was a washer and dryer ~ which is the only reason I would not rent this unit again.

  Outstay was perfection! Silver Dunes provided the perfect vacation spot for our family. We rented 3 condos in A and my sister rented 3 in D. So our families were across the huge, open green space. It was perfect for our many toddler grandchildren to play together while parents and grandparents could keep a watchful eye. With the pool on one end and the beach on the other, it was easy to enjoy either. The condos are great. They are not “big” spaces but out time was spent outdoors most of the time. We stayed in A104, 105 and 106 and they were all just great. I’ve learned after coming for several years to bring some of my own sharp knives from home, and my girls bring an InstaPot and Crock Pot because we don’t eat out with so littles. The location of Silver Dunes is perfect with every retail store you might need within 1-2 miles. It’s one of the few locations that is not a high rise which would not work for our young grandchildren. So easy
  To bring your beach cart and easily transport all your gear to the beach. We LOVE it and will never stay anywhere else!

  We love Silver Dunes so much and this was our first stay at this specific unit. Perfectttt location, right across the pool and quick, short walk to the beach. Love the complimentary beach service. The unit itself could do with some upgrades-- the blinds on the sliding door were a nightmare. Many were missing so people could see straight in at night with the lights on, and some even fell off when opening them. Definitely need replacing, these are relatively expensive units so it felt silly to not have functional blinds. Other than that, we really had a great time and absolutely loved the community events at the condos like stores & concert night and movie night. Very cool! Everything was super clean and easy to navigate based on detailed instructions.

  Our stay at Silver Dunes is always a wonderful experience. The one thing we think would be a great improvement is the lighting in A 104. A lot of lamps and no ceiling lighting. Overall A104 is super nice location and we are already booked for next year. We have been staying At Silver Dunes for over 20 years now.
