The choice is yours—relax or explore, all from the perfect home away from home. This unit is conveniently located to the pool, arcade, coin laundry and office. With a short 50 yard walk through a manicured courtyard, you toes will be in the sand in seconds! Non Smoking

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  Silver Dunes is a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed the location. This particular unit was just need upgrades and never felt clean. It had a smell upon arriving. The carpets in the bedroom were always damp and a bit smelly. I know it's humid in Florida but that was really bothersome. BUT that said, if they got rid of the carpet and updated a bit-this place would be fantastic!!

  As usual, Silver Dunes was the perfect place for our group. We come evrry year at Fall Break and love the family friendly environment. I gave it three stars on condition because of 1. the shape of the tennis courts are awful 2. the grills were not cleaned out every day as they have been in the past 3. please bring back the towel service, it was such a nice benefit of Silver Dunes

    Thank you for the review! Our tennis court is set to be redone in November of this year, we are very excited. This remodel will also bring a basketball court and a pickle ball court to Silver Dunes. We have passed on the grill issue and towel exchange to management.

  The location is nice because it is easy to unpack your car, ground floor, easy parking, and easy access to the pool and the laundry room and office. One of the downfalls you cannot see the ocean or hear it from here. For the most part it is stocked well with kitchen utensils etc, but could use a large frying pan. Other than that it is great!!
