WOW! The owners of this unit 34 have certainly gone the extra mile in this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Master bedroom faces south overlooking pool, courtyard and gulf with a king bed. Guest bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. Guest bedroom 3 has a twin bed and bunk beds. Unit will sleep a total of 9. Large kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and stainless steel appliances for your use. Beautiful granite counter tops and a large sliding glass door overlooking pool, courtyard and gulf makes preparing meals a pleasure. Balcony runs the length of the unit and the view is spectacular overlooking the entire property to the gulf. A short 75 yard walk to beach through a manicured courtyard and you will be playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Centrally located to the pool, game room, coin laundry, and BBQ grills. Unit also has a washer and dryer. Non Smoking

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  Overall, was great. However, the condo wasn't cleaned very well prior to our arrival. Floors were dirty, not all linens were made available, dishes were still dirty. Also, be careful exiting the pool using the shallow end steps, they're very slippery. Several people slipped and fell. Dangerous!

  (I submitted this once.) We enjoyed our family vacation for 16 in 3 different units. They were all in the same building, which made things very convenient. Each unit was very clean and well equipped. Our only suggestion is about communication. A mid morning arrival from our family had trouble getting through the gate sinceshe hadn't expected to ask for a code given that time of day, and we were surprised to find the pool locked on Thanksgiving without any notice. However, we would book again given the opportunity.
