Tastefully furnished in the penthouse building with view of pool, courtyard and one of a kind green space. Quiet community living on the beach; a truly unique property with everything you need.

Large balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard, with a partial view of the gulf. Next to a covered stairway just steps from convenient parking for loading and unloading. A short 75 yard walk to the beach through a tropical manicured courtyard, and you will be playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Centrally located to the pool, game room, coin laundry, and BBQ grills. One king size bed, two queens, and a queen futon. Comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at 850-797-6123. In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

  When i go to check in i was told my room was unavailable because the A/C Unit was down.
  The replacement room 01 was in need of repairs and updates. i went the office and spoke with the manager about the problem. after about five minutes they told me they could put me in another room. 021

  The staff was wonderful. Very helpful whenever we interacted. Some issues with the u it itself.
  
  The porch furniture is years beyond when it should have been replaced. It’s not enjoyable to sit on. Comfortable furniture would make us want to enjoy the porch more.
  
  Both sliding doors and screens are not functioning well from the first day we arrived.
  
  He master toilet doesn’t flush properly

  Good to be at Silver Dunes for a nice, relaxing vacation. Although the complex doesn't seem to be as well kept as in years past, overall experience was fine. Unit 21 needs a pipe rattling noise when a/c is on fixed, it's above the bed.

  All in All - Very Good.A few glitches, but very nice place to vacation. Dirty pots and pans, entry and kitchen had a lot of sand, broken chair on deck and A/C stopped working. Only had to endure 1 night with no A/C as Propertyt Mgmt were quick to fix the issue.

  The location was perfect! There was plenty of grocery stores & restaurants near by. The unit we stayed in had a view of the pool/courtyard. The walk to the beach was about a 3 minute walk. The waters were teal/emerald colored & the sand was so soft We will definitely be back!
